Bullying is a true epidemic, especially among young people. (It must be noted that it’s also an epidemic among adults, but young people are generally more vulnerable.)

It’s absolutely a must that we shed more light on this and ensure people know that it’s important to stand up for others. Standing by doing nothing can truly add to the feelings of isolation that a victim could be having. And for a young child whose maturity has not yet been reached, it could be catastrophic.

So stand up to bullies.

The truth is, you could be saving a life.
